Terms of Use
These terms cover textzy at https://textzy.gitlab.io. Privacy is a separate page: Privacy Policy. Blunt warnings: Disclaimers. Read them if you actually care. Using the site means you’re okay with this page.
If you’re not okay with it, close the tab. There’s no account to delete because we never made you one.
What this site is
textzy is a pile of free toys. Fancy Unicode letters. Cursive. Bold. Zalgo. Name symbols. A few “translators” that swap words for a joke or a vibe.
It is not a law office. It is not a hospital translator. It is not Google Translate with a degree. If you need a contract, a visa form, or a medical note in another language, pay a human. Don’t paste our output into anything that can hurt someone if it’s wrong.
Some pages are parody. Spamton talk. Pamphlet-English. Victorian manners. That stuff is a costume. Not a manifesto. Not medical advice. Not legal advice.
No account, no newsletter
There’s no signup. Using a generator does not subscribe you to emails. We don’t run contests from this footer. If a bloated terms template talks about sweepstakes and “posting videos,” ignore it. Wrong product.
Ads
Google AdSense may show ads on these pages. We don’t pick every creative. Clicking an ad is between you and that advertiser. We don’t vouch for what they sell. Don’t buy something just because it sat next to a cursive generator.
Your text
Whatever you type is yours. We don’t claim your captions. The fancy output is mostly standard Unicode characters your phone already knows how to draw. Copy it, paste it, delete it. Your call.
You’re still on the hook for what you do with it. Don’t use the tools to harass people, scam anyone, impersonate a brand, or break a law where you live. A cursive bio doesn’t make a threat cute.
Don’t dump passwords, bank details, or private chats into the boxes. The conversion runs in your browser, but the screen in front of you is still a screen.
Our pages
The layout, copy, logos, and tool wiring on textzy are ours (or used with permission). Don’t scrape the whole site into a clone, don’t lift the articles as your “original” SEO, don’t pretend you’re textzy.
Linking to a page is fine. Hotlinking our guts into an ad farm is not. Search engines crawling the public HTML is normal. Hammering the host until GitLab cries is not.
If you think a page steals your copyright, email o40875638@gmail.com with the subject “Copyright”. Say which URL, what you own, and how to reach you. We don’t host a comment section, so most “user uploaded a movie” nightmares don’t apply here.
Play nice
Don’t try to knock the site over. No malware. No fake “textzy support” emails in our name. No flooding the tools as a botnet toy.
The generators are public. Use them. Just don’t wreck the pipe for everyone else.
Accuracy, or the lack of it
Unicode “fonts” are a parlor trick. Some apps show boxes. Some strip the style. That’s the app, not a refund window. There is no refund. The price is zero.
The translators guess. They swap phrases. They leave English in on purpose sometimes. Spanglish is not classroom Spanish. ASL gloss is not a live interpreter. Romaji is not a fluent Japanese teacher.
We will break things. Pages go down. GitLab hiccups. A mapping gets a word wrong. You use the output anyway, that’s on you.
As-is
The site is offered as-is. No promise it will be up, pretty, or correct. No promise it fits a particular job. Where the law won’t let us skip a warranty, that bit still stands. The rest, we skip.
If something goes sideways — lost tweet, weird character, hurt feelings, a teacher who hated the Shakespeare filter — our liability is as close to zero as your local law allows. You didn’t pay us. We’re not writing a blank check.
Kids
This is a general site, not a classroom product and not a kids’ club. If you’re under the age where you can agree to terms in your country, get a parent. We don’t want personal details from children. See the Privacy Policy.
Other sites
We link out. Instagram, Google’s privacy page, whoever. Once you leave, their rules apply. We don’t babysit those tabs.
Feedback
If you email a bug or an idea to o40875638@gmail.com, we can use that note to fix or build things. Don’t send a secret invention and expect a contract back. If you need an NDA, this inbox is the wrong door.
We can change the site
Tools get added. Tools get removed. Wording changes. If the terms change, the date at the top moves. Keep using the site after that and you’re on the new version. If you hate it, stop using it. Simple.
We can take a page down. We don’t owe a notice in the sky.
The boring legal glue
If one sentence here gets tossed by a court, the rest still applies. If we ignore a problem once, that isn’t a free pass forever.
We’re not picking Vietnam, Delaware, or a random island just to look official. textzy is a small website. If a fight ever got that far, the courts and laws that actually have a say would depend on you, us, and the facts. Most days this will never matter.
This page plus the Privacy Policy is the deal for using the site. There’s no hidden side letter.
